Saturday, 6-13-08, Aimos’ house, Sacramento, CA
Today everyone slept in, ate, swam in the pool, and lounged around the house. I met John Lauer, a friend of Luanne and who is an endurance recumbent racing cyclist. It was great talking to him and getting his advice. He also took me to his house and showed me his beautiful fast recumbent bikes and let me ride one. He also gave me some food supplements made for endurance cyclists I could try out on the road.
